New this week, Innovaccer launched a new tool that enables patients to compare hospitals on their performance in various types of treatments in specific specialty areas. In hopes of easing reporting and data sharing burdens, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) also released a tool that will allow clinicians to automatically share electronic data for the Medicare Quality Payment Program
